It is unlawful in Nevada to carry a concealed weapon, loaded or unloaded pistol, revolver, firearm or other dangerous or deadly weapon carried on the person in a manner so as not to be discernible by ordinary observation, without a permit.
Every individual who obtains a permit to carry a concealed weapon must carry the permit or a duplicate copy, together with proper identification whenever the individual is in possession of a concealed firearm.
