Employers in Kansas must conform with these state rules relating to wage and hour recordkeeping requirements.
Employers in Kansas must keep a record for three years of the following:
- the name and occupation of each employee;
- the hours worked each day and each week;
- the rate of pay; and
- the amount paid each pay period to each employee.
