Joan has been with Long & Associates since January of 2023 and has assumed the role of Accountant/Fractional Controller for several clients.  She came to the firm with years of experience in Controller work for small companies including, property management, project management, and engineering firms.  She is a graduate of Indiana University-Fort Wayne.  Joan has three children and one spirited dog name Toby.  Outside of work she enjoys running, hiking, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
